Items #207-213 were purchased from Christies, London, in the 1980s for our own collection and are unconditionally guaranteed authentic.  These seven examples are the last of the collection.  Whereas the majority of such examples which come to market are reconstituted from fragments and restored, each of these is undamaged and un restored.

Height 7".  Characteristic form with masks at the junction of the handle and spout.  Inverted body brightly decorated in bands of various geometric motifs, the central band of opposing fonds forming chevrons.  Decoration very bright, a little faded one side only.  Minor firing checks to the neck and superficial flakes to the black finish.  Fine example.
