American musket ball from the Battle of Monmouth

During the 1960s and 70s, we spent summers driving to most of the important Revolutionary War and Civil War battle field sites.  In every location, locals had gathered relics of the battles for generations and were happy to part with some for a few dollars.  In some areas such as Gettysburg, relic shacks dotted the roadside to take advantage of the increased auto traffic to the sites.  We couldnt afford much but bought some items from each site. 

Battle of Monmouth New Jersey, June 28, 1778.  One of the largest battles
of the Revolution.  Many soldiers on both sides were afflicted with illness.

Note: all musket balls will measure 0.06-0.08 (.06-.08 cal) smaller than the musket bore to allow for the patch.
