Civil War import from Clemen & Jung (Germany) with C & J makers mark to the blade which shows good rich brown patina and scattered fine speckles only. Some shallow edge nicks, superficial for its service. The hilt with good patina and minor bruises. Excellent grip, with complete mottled leather and original wire with noticeable wear from use. Scabbard light to medium frosty speckles as expected. No dents. Superior example.
