33" straight broad fullered s.e. blade with long ricasso. Brass hilt, "boat form" guard decorated in raised relief rococo shells inside and out. Straight cross guard with rudimentary counter guards,elegan knuckle bow with rococo central panel. Oval pommel with matching fan splay. Delicate wire wrapped grip. Hilt shows medium patina throughout, little wear. Grip execellent, Blade shows uniform scattered light salt and pepper pitting fading to soft gray patina.
