Straight out of Christ’s world! First century, Roman. Wheel turned coarse wear, made for use by the working class. 4 1/2” dia., 2 1/2” height on small foot. Slightly tapered with flared rim. Typical provincial wear for the working class and often included in burials. Good color and texture. It’s likely that Christ and his family owned and used cups of exactly this type.
