Item Number: 94-239
All steel with 9 1/4 (along the curve) d.e. blade. Iron hilt with domed oval guard, slightly waisted grip and large flared pommel.
The hilt elements all with traces of silver decoration and lightly scored, to anchor the silver.
Blade shows mottled gray patina with a few small islands old black oxidation and contrasting crystalline structure, almost certainly watered steel.
Hilt surface worn with some old black oxidation to the back.
