Made in one piece with unusual rounded junction of the knuckle bow and cross (these usually rounded on the inside and squared on the outside, however, various makers were allowed such latitude within the standard pattern). 28 1/2" curved (narrow fullered) hanger form blade. Hilt shows mellow patina and some minor bruises as expected. Blade quite crisp with scattered white pitting and some old black staining mixed in. Classic example for Rev. War and surely fought on into the French Revolution..
