Large 19th century example with 18 5/8" blade of flat section, decorated with silver koftgari both sides as a snake in hatched geometry borders. Iron hilt of characteristic form with silver koftgari band of scrolls within lineal borders. Hilt and blade matching with just about 100% silver intact and quite strong. The iron field with smooth gray color.
