SEME. Characteristic form for the period with thick medial ridged blade of elongated leaf form. The faces flanking the medial of slightly concave section. Leather wrapped wood grip dry, sound and complete. The blade with smooth finish interspersed with old rust texture and a few pock marks pits to the extreme tip. Examples this early are rarely encountered.
