Thick hide, 11 3/4 dia, domed form with up turned edge. Slightly oval form from age shrinkage. Lathe turned with concentric beaded center and raised bead band within the edge. Polychromed with mottled brown field, the edges, front and back with silver and scalloped bands. Four fine flower form bosses with most heavy gold overlay. Reverse with cloth knuckle pad and double hand grips. Very good for the period with surface wear to the perimeter and original finish to the middle
